Here is the information of what you will need to present to the CNFL to have them install a peak rate digital meter.
The meter is referred to as a Medidor de Tarifa Residencial Horario or T-REH

The documents you need to bring to your local CNFL office:
- A letter requesting a change of the current meter to the new T-REH meter (see below: standard letter in Spanish to the CNFL)
- Your cedula or passport, and a copy of it to leave with them.
- A recent utility bill, and a copy to leave with them.
- The title of your property, and a copy to leave with them. This is called the Escritura in spanish.
